Robert B. Nichols
Robert B. Nichols started his career at Paul William Beltz, P.C. even before he earned his legal degree. Upon graduation from St. Louis University, Bob worked at Beltz prior to earning his Juris Doctor. He's been a leader of the firm for many years and currently heads the firm's Medical Malpractice Department.
Bob has made a career out of obtaining million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of Paul William Beltz, P.C.'s clients. He has tried cases involving automobiles, premises, construction, railroad, highways, product liability and medical malpractice.
The firm's active appellate practice is another of Bob's specialties. He has argued many appeals in both the federal and state courts, including arguments before the Court of Appeals.
Bob's expertise has been recognized by his peers, who have selected him to lecture at programs and seminars sponsored by the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He's also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Erie County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
