Kevin J. Sullivan
With more than 25 years at Paul William Beltz, P.C., Kevin J. Sullivan is one of the senior members of our team. Kevin is head of the firm's motor vehicle department. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, U.S. District Court - Western District of New York and U.S. Court of Appeals - 2nd Circuit as well as in the Supreme Courts of the State of New York.
Kevin has prepared and tried cases involving automobile and truck collisions, construction, skiing, boating, motorcycle, railroad and highway cases as well as product liability cases. In addition to his trial experience, he has extensive appellate experience.
Kevin received his higher education at St. Bonaventure University (B.A. History) and St. Mary's University (J.D.). He began his career with Paul William Beltz, P.C. as a paralegal and then as a law clerk while earning his degree.
Kevin has tried a number of cases in New York's Supreme Courts, obtaining several multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of Paul William Beltz, P.C.'s clients.
Kevin lends his decades of legal know-how to the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Kevin is a member of the Executive Committee of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.
Kevin and his wife, Mary, have two sons, Ryan and Patrick.
