Anne Beltz Rimmler never needed to look far for a role model growing up. She only had to look across the living room to her father, Paul Beltz, for inspiration.

Anne went to Denison University for her undergraduate education and then on to the Case Western Reserve School of Law. Anne joined Paul William Beltz, P.C. in 1983. She went on to work for the personal injury firms of Kelner & Kelner and Queller & Fisher in New York City. Upon her marriage to Phil Rimmler, she rejoined Paul William Beltz, P.C. in 1990.

Here at Beltz, Anne is head of the Products Liability Department. She is known for her excellence in cases dealing with persons injured in the workplace. Anne has lectured on product liability, discovery and construction accident litigation issues. She is an authority on New York State's periodic payment statute.

A well-rounded attorney, Anne is a member of the Dillon Scholarship Committee at Canisius College and is on the board of trustees at the Nichols School. She's also been published in the esteemed New York Law Journal.

Anne and her husband, Phil Rimmler, live in Buffalo with their two children, Philipp Andrew and Sara.
